First: Introducing the parties:

SHERAZI: The name of the application.

Individuals: Users of the SHERAZI App.

We do not sell individuals' personal data, nor do we share information that directly identifies individuals (such as name, email address or other contact information). As an individual, you will be bound by this Agreement and all local laws, rules and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be fully responsible for the pet's health before it is offered for acquaintance

1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use Agreement.

We welcome you to the (SHERAZI) application. These terms and conditions apply to the application and to all its divisions, branches and affiliated websites that refer to these terms and conditions for reference when visiting the application, and those in charge of the application reserve the right to change, modify, add information to, or remove parts of the terms of use and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective when they are posted on the Application after notifying you via SHERAZI. Please review the Terms of Use and Conditions regularly for any updates. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By creating an account with SHERAZI, whether through a mobile device, mobile application, or computer, you as a user agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Safety Guidelines, Social Media Guidelines, and any terms that are made clear to you and agreed to. If you do not accept to be bound by all the terms in this Agreement, please do not use the Service

2. Your account.

To be able as an individual to use SHERAZI, you must log in after creating a new account with SHERAZI by providing the application with an email, mobile number, and username.

As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials that you use to log into SHERAZI, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under such credentials. If you believe that someone has gained access to your account, please contact us immediately via Technical Support.

3. Safety; and your interactions with other members.

Although SHERAZI strives to encourage a respectful member experience via the Pet Dating feature, it is not responsible for the conduct of any member on or off the Service. You as a user agree to use caution in all dealings with other Members, in particular if you decide to communicate with them outside the Service or meet them in person and agree not to give you your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or to transfer or send money Anyway, to the other members.

The user is solely responsible for interactions with other members and the health and safety of the pet. The SHERAZI application does not make any representations or guarantees regarding the behavior of members outside the application and the safety of animals through the application and you alone bear the safety of your pet and the safety of the other animal when acquaintance.

4. The rights granted to you by SHERAZI.

To allow you to use the benefits of the Service in accordance with the purpose intended by SHERAZI which is to meet pets.

5. The rights you grant to SHERAZI

As a user, you acknowledge that all the information you provide when creating your account is true and truthful and you have the right to publish private content about your pet, which is pictures and information about it, including the animal's type, sex, age, breed, weight, height, name, and vaccination date through the application. Posting any other content is a violation of the agreement and gives SHERAZI the right to take the necessary measures to temporarily suspend or ban your account after notifying you via email to modify the behavior. You grant the above license to SHERAZI.

As a user, you acknowledge your commitment to respect and public morals, when communicating with our customer service representatives. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account if we feel that your behavior towards any of our customer service representatives or other employees is at any time threatening, harassing or offensive.

Please note that SHERAZI may access, retain and disclose your account information and contents if required to do so by law or by enforcement of its agreement with you or if it believes in good faith that such access, retention or disclosure is necessary to achieve legitimate interests, including: ( 1) adherence to legal process procedures; or (ii) enforce this Agreement; or (iii) respond to claims that any content that infringes the rights of third parties; or (iv) respond to your requests for customer service; or (v) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of any other person.

You grant SHERAZI the right to review your account for development purposes and to improve the quality of service in the Application.

SHERAZI reserves the right to monitor users' accounts and delete accounts and content that violate the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

6. Society rules.

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.

  • Use the Service for any malicious or nefarious purpose.

  • Use of the Service with the intent to harm SHERAZI.

  • Violate our Community Guidelines, which are updated from time to time.

  • Sending spam, soliciting money from any members, or taking their money fraudulently.

  • Impersonate any person or entity or post any images of any other person without his or her permission.

  • Bully, "stalk", intimidate, harass, mistreat or defame any person.

  • Request passwords for any purpose, or personally identifiable information for commercial or illegal purposes from other members, or post personal information of another person without his or her permission.

  • Use another member's account, share an account with another member, or keep more than one account.

  • Create another account if we have closed your own account unless you have our permission.

SHERAZI reserves the right to investigate and/or close your account without refund of any purchase if you have violated this Agreement, misused the Service, or acted in an inappropriate or illegal manner.

7. Automatic renewal; Automatic card payment

If you purchase a periodic subscription that renews automatically through the in-app purchase, your payment method will still be charged for subscription renewal until you cancel it. After the subscription commitment period begins, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your account will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the same price you agreed to when you signed up. Your card payment information will be stored and used later for automatic card payments in accordance with the Agreement.

Objections to a payment already made should be directed to Customer Support if you are billed directly from SHERAZI You can also object by contacting your bank or payment service provider, who can provide more information about your rights as well as about applicable time restrictions. You may unconditionally withdraw your consent to Automatic Card Payments at any time by going to Settings on your SHERAZI Account or the relevant third-party account; However, you should know that you are still obligated to pay any amounts due

If you want to change or terminate your subscription, you will need to log in to SHERAZI then settings within the application and follow the instructions to terminate or cancel your subscription, as deleting the application from your device does not delete your data, so if you want to delete your personal data completely, you must terminate your subscription from the cancellation option in the application and it will be deleted after you cancel the account.

Refunds. In general, all fees for in-app purchases are non-refundable, and there are no refunds for payments.

8. Disclaimers.

SHERAZI does not bear any responsibility for any content that the user sends or receives outside the application, or any other member or third party through the SHERAZI application through the direct transmission service (WhatsApp). Your access to any material downloaded or otherwise obtained from outside the Service is at the user's own risk. SHERAZI does not bear responsibility after the termination of acquaintance between the parties within the application

SHERAZI disclaims its responsibility to ensure that all contents comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement, so if you find any violation, please notify us by contacting us via e-mail

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

By accessing this network, the user agrees that the applicable laws are the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (without entailing any judicial disputes) and apply to all matters arising from or related to the use of the contents of this site, the information provided through this site, or the materials contained on it. The User hereby irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in relation to these matters.
